What I’m Thinking About This Week - Leveraging AI in Customer Service with Gorgias

I've been asking everyone on The D2Z Podcast how they are using or plan on using AI in their business, and the vast majority see the opportunity to drive revenue by improving the customer experience via more personalized support, messaging, offers, etc.

You already see it happening in the results brands like GLAMNETIC generated with Gorgias AI tools, automating up to 30% of their customer service activity.

At a minimum, there's no reason a support team member should have to answer "where is my order" tracking questions. But AI can also help augment customer service agents when upselling to customers by providing more relevant recommendations based on past purchasing behavior.

AI offers an opportunity to automate customer support and increase revenue and profitability with no additional cost!
